• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
• Most items are handmade and/or made to order; slight variations may occur.
• Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (as per our Cancellation Policy).

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).
• Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
• We accept payments via GPay, UPI, and other available payment methods at checkout.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns are only applicable in cases of visibly damaged or defective items and require an original unedited unboxing video as proof.

We do not offer monetary refunds once an order is placed. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Custom-made, personalized, sale, and pop-up event items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, product names, logos, graphics, and text — is the property of Bricolage by S and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our designs or content may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website for fraudulent activities, unlawful purposes, or actions that may harm the brand or other users.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.

• Courier-related delays or transit damages
• Misuse or improper handling of products after delivery

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
