Returns & Refund Policy

At Bricolage by S, every product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. As a small business, we maintain a strict but fair return policy. Please read the details carefully before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

Returns are only applicable in cases where the product arrives visibly damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The item must be visibly damaged upon arrival
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
• An original unboxing video must be provided

Without the required proof, we reserve the right to decline any return or replacement request.


Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

To process any damaged-item claim, you must provide:

• A clear, continuous unboxing video
• The sealed package must be visible before opening
• The damage/defect must be clearly shown in the video

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.


Return Request Time Frame

Return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing.

Include:
• Your order details
• A description of the issue
• The unboxing video and clear photos

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share further return instructions. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you whether the replacement or store credit has been approved.


Non-Returnable/ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Sale or clearance items
• Pop-up event purchases


Return to Sender (RTO) / Failed Delivery

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or delivery failure, we will contact you regarding reshipping.

Please note: Reshipping charges will be applicable.


Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been placed.

In case of approved defective or damaged items, we may offer:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or
• Store credit

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Refund Policy (Non-Delivery Cases)
In the very rare event that your order is not delivered, we do not offer refunds. However, we will assist you by coordinating with the courier company and connecting you directly with them to help resolve the issue. We remain in constant touch with the courier service and will do our best to support you until a resolution is reached.


We reserve the right to decline any return or replacement request that does not meet our eligibility criteria or lacks the required proof.
