What is our Hold and Ship Policy?
Our Hold and Ship Policy allows you to combine multiple purchases into one shipment, helping you save on shipping costs while securing products from different launches and restocks.
Hold Period: Customers can choose to hold their orders for a specified period. Adding
New Products: During the hold period, customers can add newly launched products or additional items to their order.
Consolidated Shipping: When the customer is ready to receive their order, we consolidate all items into one shipment and process the shipping.
Cancellation Option: Customers cannot cancel their order or remove items during the hold period.
Our Hold and Ship Policy aims to provide convenience and flexibility, allowing customers to maximize their shopping experience while minimizing shipping costs. For any questions or assistance regarding our policy, please contact us.
How it works:
• Place your order and complete the payment via Instagram DM.
• Pay the shipping charges along with your first order.
• Let us know your preferred shipping date when placing the order.
• Orders can be held for a maximum of 3 months from the date of the first purchase.
• During the hold period, you may add products from future launches or restocks to your existing hold order.
• Since shipping has already been paid with your first order, you will not be charged shipping again for additional orders added to the same hold shipment. Unless the weight limit exceeds, so you will only need to pay the difference. Eg: 500gms = the cost of shipping mentioned for your location.
• When you're ready to receive your order, simply send us a DM on Instagram and we'll ship all held items together.
Important Notes:
• Orders placed under the Hold and Ship Policy cannot be cancelled.
• No items can be removed from a hold order once payment has been made.
• No refunds, returns, exchanges, or order modifications will be accepted.
• All held items must be shipped within 3 months of the first order being placed.
• If we do not receive shipping instructions within the 3-month hold period, we reserve the right to ship the order to the address provided.
