Shipping Policy
At Bricolage by S, every order is packed with care and attention. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order. We currently only deliver in India (except a few states/pin codes as the courier services we use don't deliver there)
Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. If applicable, this will be communicated at the time of order placement.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched:
• Delivery within Maharashtra usually takes 3–4 business days.
• Overall delivery timelines range between 7–14 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
That said, your order may arrive sooner — we always aim for prompt and reliable delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and package weight.
Minimum Shipping Charges (Under 500g):
• Maharashtra & Gujarat – ₹60
• Other States – ₹90
• West Bengal, Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala – ₹150
If the package exceeds 500g, shipping charges will increase accordingly.
We don't provide COD/Cash on Delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or direct message (if applicable).
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active and updated.
Customer Responsibility
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If the courier marks your package as delivered and has a delivery confirmation/signature on record, we will share the courier’s contact information for assistance. However, refunds or replacements will not be issued in such cases.
If a package is marked delivered but there is no matching confirmation, we will assist you in investigating the matter.
Loss or Damage in Transit
All products are securely packaged before dispatch. Once handed over to the courier, we are not liable for damage or loss during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service.
Failed Delivery / Non-Delivery
If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable and the package is returned to us:
• Reshipping can be arranged
• Additional shipping charges will apply
Return to Sender (RTO)
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other delivery-related reasons, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping charges will be applicable.
Refund Policy (Non-Delivery Cases)
In the very rare event that your order is not delivered, we do not offer refunds. However, we will assist you by coordinating with the courier company and connecting you directly with them to help resolve the issue. We remain in constant touch with the courier service and will do our best to support you until a resolution is reached.

Cancellation Policy
Once payment has been successfully made, cancellations are not permitted.
• Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
In rare situations where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailability or payment authorization issues), we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
